"I arrived from London on the motorcycle and had a warm welcome with a lovely comfortable bed and a very good bathroom with a top class shower. Sadly I arrived too late for their delicious menu as the kitchen closes early on Sunday. But I will be back very soon as I have moved near Chester and Bala is only miles away. Highly recommended. Cheers! John."

"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

"A lovely place to stay, with the most helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious with really comfy beds. They very were great when it came to food allergies option's for breakfast, and the coffee was exceptional. We look forward to staying again and would highly recommend a stay here."
