"This hotel needs seperate parking for its guests. As it is, parking is shared with resturants, stores, and apartments!
Our room, 427, top floor, suffered from what sounded like utility equipment on the roof; a deep, throbbing rumble, not unlike a diesel locomotive idling.
The floor need a good cleaning, my bare feet bottoms were black entering the shower.

"I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour (kick back) from 5:30–7:00 PM with free food and alcoholic beverages. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The biggest downside was the television service. There were only about seven channels available, and most of them were weather channels that weren’t even for the area we were visiting. "The hotel was clean, the restaurant staff were very helpful, food was excellent and everything would have been perfect until the morning I checked out. The lady who assisted me was not pleasant, had difficulty making eye contact, and did not explain why I had to pay an extra $44 for parking. The only excuse I got was, “that’s what they charge”. I would have appreciated clarification and/or a more detailed explanation. I would highly suggest putting someone more pleasant in her position."

"Great location, superb ambience, and excellent cleanliness. Staff service was top‑notch. However, despite booking an all‑inclusive package with breakfast included, I was still charged for my kids’ breakfast. That experience ruined the stay, and I will not return."

"Great place to base yourself if needing to be in the Frisco area.
Clean, tidy, safe. Comfy beds. Walkable to Legacy Shops (25 minutes).
Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good.
Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee.
I did not use the hotel bar/food.

"It’s roomy loved it staff was great! OMg everything was clean my sister lives in incLinny I made a mistake last time and stayed at the Hilton in McKinney it was small and it had fleas so I’m so glad that I went to LaQuinta this time I’ve always used them but last time I thought I’d change it up and I was WRONG I’m back with LaQuinta Thank you"
