"I had lower expectations as this was a last minute booking and the Motel name made me expect less but the reviews were good so I booked it. I was definitely impressed right away from the check in, great friendly service at front desk. Room was a bit on the smaller side but it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and now I will looking for this brand of hotel anywhere I go. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who checked me in as he deserves a shout out, thank you. "

"I've stayed here before. Check in easy, had time to relax a little bit before, I went to explore the city and the gig at the Co op arena. Funny thing was I had forgot my usual debit card. So has to use my phone. Which didn't work at barclays. I found another way. Gig was Epic but terrible to get back from. But it won't stop me staying here again. "

"Check in was fast and receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast isn't great, but there again, I've stayed here before and new what to expect. Rooms and facilities are comfortable with everything you need for an overnight stay. Location is great for Victoria train station and the AO Arena. "We checked in late as we had been to a wedding, but the lady on the desk was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and we were soon in our room. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep in a nice quiet atmosphere. Next morning, as we had ordered breakfast, we were greeted by a very friendly young lady who showed us what was on offer. We tucked in to a most acceptable breakfast, the full english was lovely and hot, and the continental had plenty to choose from."
