"Hotel is nice, kitchen has minimal equipment but we were able to cook dinner. Breakfast & staff were great. The town itself is very busy and noisy though. So, at night, you could hear the noises outside. Luckily there was free parking in the back."

"Nice place, great shower! I stayed in what looked to the be the original unit and it has some wear. The other units were built in 2014 and looked in much better shape. So ask for the two floor units. Security is great, large gate with remote opener for after hours. WiFi is pretty slow at times."

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!"

Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. "Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary. "

Si esto me hubiera quedado claro, habría estado bien; miren la foto que me mostraron, es la de una casa, no la de un apartamento. Estoy muy descontento con la presentación. Me engañaron. Me mostraron una cosa y me dieron otra. No tuve más remedio que aceptar, ya que llevaba dos días de vacaciones y no tenía tiempo para cambiar nada."
