"I was allocated a tiny room with no air conditioning. Shower also didn't work. In fairness, when i reported problems, staff quickly put it right. I paid £288 for 2 rooms which i feel were very substandard.
However staff were excellent and food was good."

"The stay was for a stag weekend and is ideally placed for all local attractions, pubs, restaurants etc...
However, it is in need of a serious refurbishment, as the rooms are tired, a bit shabby in parts and no air-conditioning, so was very hot even with the fan provided. All plug sockets were at one end of the room and the sleeping area had none, so fan wasn't very effective at night. There is no way this hotel is a £110 per night, which was £50 cheaper than they quoted direct. Maybe £75 at...

"Amazing stay, arrived 4 hours before check in to leave bags but the room was ready so we got to check in with no extra fee and a bonus of an upgrade. I was pleased as it was our anniversary trip which i hadnt mentionned but when i did we also got free drink vouchers. The staff were super nice, the hotel fab. The breakfast amazing and with the bonus of free parking! Highly recommend."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was difficult to find as it was in a separate building from the reception. The room was loud as there were bars directly outside the room.
