"The room and staff were awesome, the breakfast was very good in the morning. I chose the hotel for location and it was perfect. I was surprised that it cost extra to park my vehicle, but the extra cost did out weigh the convenience."

"We arrived 15 minutes before the official check in time and staff refused to check us in. A person from the office came out and contacted housekeeping and found us a room after all. Our sink backed up while we were at tje concert. Front desk staff would only hive my daughter one water and said that was all she could get. I went and asked for water and was able to ask for three bottles. Overall a disappointing experience."

"Staff was all pretty friendly. The hotel and amenities were pretty nice, as with most drury hotels. It seemed like they were not prepared for the busy time or didnt have enough staff. Huge piles of dishes not getting picked up during kickback and breakfast, pool towels not getting restocked or even picked up to be washed. Food not being replenished very quickly, the main parts of the hotel not quite as clean as usual. "

"Our room was clean but out in the area of the pool & sitting was dirty. The restaurant there was way under staffed & the manager in the restaurant was doing absolutely nothing while the 2 people that were working was trying to keep up with orders & cooking. My friend cleaned up tables for them. They couod definitely use some better help & a different manager in the restaurant! Besides that the kids had fun swimming. "

"The staff there are top-notch! Real friendly, super helpful and always make you feel welcome. I'd like to extend a shout out to Keylee, Alexis and Gina who really went above and beyond. It was a joy to meet them and they always came through with what we needed, especially when it came to getting an extra pillow, some hot water for tea, and extending our stay another day due to the blizzard. I would also like to recognize the unsung heroes who keep the breakfast line stocked and running smoothly! For them, and the ladies at the front desk, and even the maids, it was always service with a real smile!! 😊 I might also recommend the placement of an additional chair near the elevator on each floor. Sometimes a person just needs to finish a phone call or just have an extra place to set something while they get ready to ride the elevator. Have a wonderful day! Rocky Greene"

"Clean room, bar was stocked well, air conditioning wouldn't work quite right it was hot in our room. "

"When we got to our room the toilet would not stop running, told the front desk put us in a different room. The first room had two queen beds and a fold out couch, the second room only had two queen beds. When I told the front desk because I didn’t want to be charged for a bigger room when we couldn’t stay in that one she said that they don’t have rooms like that. The pool was kinda gross!!
