"heel leuk tof hotel, dicht aan zee..
personeel heel vriendelijk..
kamers mijn persoonlijkheid..
betreft poetsen ..wordt niet zo goed gepoetst..
te vlug willen doen of te weinig personeel..
na het poetsen..geen stof verwijderd,..of vlug vloer overgaan..
plinten veel stof, terasje mag ook eens meegenomen worden ..poetsen..
Het is een hotel met minder sterren..
maar hygiëne moet er altijd zijn ..mijn mening ..
Klein terasje ..stond geen stoeltjes en tafeltje..
een aanrader voor alle...

"Property was excellent value. Apartment was clean and spacious.
Clean bedding and plenty of towels, toiletries and hairdryer in bathroom and crockery, cutlery and glasses in kitchen, there was even a Nespresso coffee machine. Balcony was huge and had the sun from mid afternoon until sunset with an incredible view across Benidorm. Access to the facilities of hotel next door was a plus: with a nice pool and bar area and terrace with tables, chairs and parasols.
Only cons: Aircon wasn't very...

"I arrived may the 23th on the 24th I got robed from the room somebody rob dollars and euros I went to the police and made the complain,I spoke to the manager her name is Sandra she went to my room she searched every where because that’s part of the procedure then I spoke to the administrator his name is Hector and he told me something insane that’s nothing in the room is protected only if is in the safety box I asked him how come ?
