"It was listed as a 4 STAR HOTEL, but the room we were given was 2 star with a bathroom that had 10 square ft area, that had the sink, a toilet and a shower-head in it...we asked for another room but were told that because of a wedding there are no rooms available. So we paid for a 4 star room and slept in a 2 star one, with spiders in the room."

"We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
