"The hotel is nice however, the walls are thin. You can hear other guests and there’s this strange window in the bathroom that is open to, I believe, a mechanical room and the room next door also has a window with the same situation and you could hear each other whether it was conversation or using the bathroom. Also was next to a housekeeping room and heard them anytime they were there."

"A Cama de casal na verdade era 2 de solteiro juntas, cama muito desconfortável, chuveiro não funcionou direito. Foi relatado na recepção, porém não houve resposta. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com bastante opção de frutas. Funcionários bem atenciosos. "

"O que sobra em Charme falta em Conforto. O colchão é PÉSSIMO, de molas e ja deveria ter sido trocado há uns 10 anos de tão velho e desconfortável. Solicitamos a troca, que não mudou muito o cenário. Impossível conseguir dormir bem nesses colchões. Os travesseiros não fugiram desse padrão. No mais, tudo bem! "
