I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They were incredibly accommodating to me to make my stay great. They honoured a late check out which was very convenient for me to plan my day. The staff in the restaurant also took the time to get to know me and make me feel very welcome. The hotel is well situated for the beach and for other needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing good at this hotel are the employees! They are nice and polite. Wellington ( front desk) was very professional and polite. The hotrr er l need an urgent renovation!

Let's say that I got what I paid for. This hotel has seen better days. Unit was run down. Rusty taps, hard mattress, scratchy, old towels. Location was good - a block from the beach and near restaurants and other amenities. Ok breakfast for Brazilian standards - just brace yourself for loud music while eating. Staff was ok - not awful but not great.

Foi uma estadia muito boa no geral. Cafรฉ da manhรฃ gostoso e variado, um detalhe que deveriam rever รฉ o cuidado com os alimentos que em sua maioria fica exposta a moscas, jรก que ele รฉ servido em ambiente aberto. Sรณ os alimentos quentes ficam protegidos, os outros estavam sem nenhuma proteรงรฃo e moscas estavam pousando. Os quartos sรฃo espaรงosos e camas confortรกveis. Quartos grandes e espaรงos, com sala integrada. Estรกvamos em 4 pessoas e apenas no quarto havia ar condicionado. Tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta para ventilar a sala, onde nosso filho dormia. No 2ยบ dia colocamos a cama dele no nosso quarto, o que gerou desconforto porque apertou. Havia muitos pernilongos no apartamento, o que gera desconforto tambรฉm. O hotel foi bom, o quarto no qual fiquei foi o 307, ele era bem espaรงoso, tinha pia, sala grande, varanda, o quarto era bem aconchegante. O quarto estava cheiroso, banheiro estava limpo, as toalhas estavam velhas, mostrando bem o desgaste das mesmas. Tinha uma sofรก grande, e tambรฉm uma mesa. A parte da varanda nรฃo era confiรกvel, precisa de melhoras, as tรกbuas nรฃo eram firmes, assim como tambรฉm o โ€œcorrimรฃoโ€ da sacada. Os atendentes educados, gentis. O hotel possui um rooftop bem legal na parte de cima, os preรงos sรฃo bem acessรญveis, possui happyhour, piscina, e uma vista linda para o Morro do Careca. O cafรฉ da manhรฃ era bom, tinham bolos, brownies, mousse, pรฃes recheados, frios, opรงรตes de carboidratos, proteรญnas, frutas, cafรฉs, achei bem variado. Possui estacionamento coberto, e na frente do hotel tambรฉm possui. Ficaram de enviar um mimo para meu quarto para comemorar meu aniversรกrio, mas nรฃo chegou, mas nรฃo anula que รฉ um bom hotel.

Tive uma รณtima viagem, o hotel era bom e os funcionรกrios muito solรญcitos. Cafรฉ da manhรฃ bom com muitas opรงรตes e excelente localizaรงรฃo, bem perto do Morro do Careca e de todos os principais restaurantes da cidade. Tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto no hotel, nossa porta da varanda nรฃo fechada e eles nรฃo tinham a chave (tiveram que trocar a fechadura), o vidro do box do chuveiro estava solto e em um dos dias o cartรฃo do quarto parou de funcionar. Sรฃo problemas que uma manutenรงรฃo poderia ter solucionado antes, mas os funcionรกrios nos ajudaram com agilidade.
