"Place is great. Like most Airlines and Airports, there are restriction with simple carry on nesscesities like toothpaste and toothbrush. Do have fraustration with having stay in your Hotel for 3 nights. Basic nessesscity should be included for overnight clients. Overall, we rated your Hotel best in its class. Very convienient to all loaction. Thank you"

"I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price."

"Absolutely disgusting. Along with disgusting and unclean bathroom conditions, the electrical box was broken (and pieced together with tape). The stainless steel had not been even attempted at being wiped down, and I won’t describe bathroom conditions, but they were sickening. And when I reported and requested a call back from management, I waited, but nothing. This property was a poor reflection of Hilton, and definitely not a good impression of Prattville accommodations.
