The bathroom had been renovated but the shower was missing one door so the bathroom got all wet when we showered, there was no where to hang up towels after showering which was a bit strange. "It was the worst hotel we ever have stayed. Air conditioner did not work. The manager, a pretty rude old woman, just said: open the windows. Don't come here. Even for free."

"We used the hotel as base to explore Florence. The hotel was clean, quiet and had good a/c. Hotel staff was very helpful in finding parking and giving directions around the neighborhood. In the summer parking is not an issue, you can park almost anywhere. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is good for travel with kids. Also reasonable price compared to other options in the area."
