"I liked the proximity to the beach and places to eat and a share ride to Old San Juan was only 10 to 15 minutes depending on where you wanted to be dropped off. That being said, the room was very minimalist with regards to comfort. The bed only had a blanket besides the sheet that goes on the mattress. We asked for an additional blanket but we never got it. The room was fairly big with only the bed, a sofa and a desk with a coffee on it. There was a small fridge inside the closet. The closet did...

Location is +, close to Old San Juan and City and Airport .
Rooms were clean. Check-in process was smooth. Room was ready when we arrived.
Parking was available, only parking card did nto work properly. Had to get them activated 2-3 times .
Pool view was kind of okay, don't bother too much abt it.
Pool ride was under renovation."

"This property has amazing customer services. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor bar, and they offer guest credits daily during the stay. The only issue is that this is a pet friendly hotel and some areas had a slight pet smell. Not a dirty or unclean smell, just a pet smell, but not loud and profound. I would pick it again though."
