"The Craftsman is a very unique hotel. My family has chosen to stay there on 3 different occasions since February. The front desk staff is very helpful and Janet, the breakfast coordinator, was especially kind and thoughtful."

"My first room had a sofa bed with no mattress. It wasn’t even a sofa bed and that’s what I paid for second room had a sofa bed, but the mattress had like 10 holes in the mattress and it was dirty unsanitary. Also, they mislead you with telling you when you get there that they don’t clean your room for two days and then when you ask again, they say the clerk said four days when they clean your room very terrible experience. I would never go there again. "

"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."

"when i checked into hotel i was given room on first floor - when i asked for a higher level i was told the air conditioning was broken and i should stay on first floor bc it would be cooler. i was also told they were in process of fixng the air but i was not fixed and the room was warm and stuffy. "Upon arrival, we requested a second luggage rack. It never came. On our second day there our room was never cleaned. So all the garbage from the day before, and the beds were not maintained."
