"The hotel is in a good location and was well connected to the city centre and is close to a supermarket. Unfortunately, what let this hotel down was the facilities and poor customer service. Upon arriving, the room assigned to us had a broken bathroom door and the light was not working. They changed the room but there was hairs left from the previous guest on the pillow. There was also no WiFi working at this hotel and staff weren't really helpful to resolve this "

"A smart hotel at a great location for exploring the city. Easy to get to from the airport and a beautiful spot by the river and walking path. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, a good start for the day. Our only issue was the temperature in the room. No AC and only one fan, was very hot. "
