"Lovely location for town centre in charming setting although the hotel rooms offer minimal comfort, and the building is showing age requiring a facelift to bring out its original charm."

"Short overnight stop with a short notice booking.
We were blown away how nice the staff were and the beautiful surroundings.
We were up early and we were served an early breakfast. Again - we were blown away by the hospitality and a very nice breakfast.
We recommend the place and will certainly come back if we ever need a hotel in Vänersborg again."

"Our room was clean, warm and cosy with plenty of space and comfort. The owner was so welcoming and looked after us very well. The breakfast was outstanding. It is definitely a hotel that we would go back to. One of the best small family hotels we have ever stayed in. "
