"Toppen"

"Beds were comfortable and clean, however the room had multiple coffee-colored stains on the carpet, on the bed skirt, and drips down the wall. Additionally, the bathroom sink had a leak underneath and one of our towels was damp from it and a bit musty. When we went to reception to report the issue and request a new towel, there was a long line so we did without (we did check in on a Friday afternoon, so busy was expected). I also noticed that the drain for the sink really needed cleaned, but you...

"The hotel is right above the central station so connections are easy to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean and the staff are kind. High traffic at breakfast (weekend) but I got my coffee. The rooms are clean, which is most important for me."

"Hotel in a central location - very close to the bus and train station. Absolutely amazing breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes. Everything that you could think of. Very busy hotel which held outside events but where we stayed on the 11th floor very quiet. Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all! Had to go...

"Online check in and check out easy. However, check in staff did not say much about where amenities were, six as breakfast area or what hotel had to offer. Staff at breakfast wasn’t helpful when all tables were busy and left us wandering around until someone left. We then had to find someone to help clear and clean it. Room was clean, unfortunately faced the roadworks and we got woken up by the digger 7am Monday. Location of hotel was great."

"perfect hotel for me"

"Brilliant family holiday. Room well set up for families (and works for a family of 5 which most don’t!), comfortable beds, clean, plenty of towels, fridge, kettle, coffee, couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast had the biggest selection of items we’ve ever seen, kids were in their element with smarties, whipped Nutella & cake as options plus so much cheese, bread, cereal & cooked options. The carousel & slide in the lobby and breakfast room added to the fun. Staff were great and the location is...

"Located close to the tram and ferry terminals, it was really easy to take the free ferry back and forth from the downtown to the hotel"

"We had a room on the 6th floor with a balcony. Great view although not much sun in October. Very nice fresh breakfast with fresh juices and drip coffee (I was surprised no latte machine). My spouse is a vegetarian so we always appreciate when vegetarian diets are considered. Hotel is quite clean and spacious. We travelled with our dog and we had a small dog bed with 2x drinking bowls in the room on arrival. There is a very nice looking restaurant and a rooftop bar that is also dog...

"Nothing beats the washing machine and your own kitchen"

"ロケーションは最高。スタッフも親切。朝食も依頼すれば3時から食べられる。 エレベーターは少し古いが、台数が多く待ち時間が少ない。部屋の中は新しくて清潔"

"Tolles Frühstück, Zimmer in Ordnung. Reinigung nur alle 4 Tage (oder auf Anfrage). Schade war, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Gute Lage, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe."

"Rooms were a good size but basic in terms of fittings. We found lifts easy to get. Very good location. Public transport to city centre was very convient. Plus local supmarket. Very good breakfast, nice afternoon treat lovely dinner arrangement. Staff always Very helpful. But they need to clean, windows ledge. Next visit would stay here again."
