"This hotel was very nice and clean. It has a gothic vibe which we loved! So different from the Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels! We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. I did not see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered and inquired with the staff in advance. It was located some 500m from downtown so it was a nice walk without being disruptive and far enough to not hear the noise at night. There is no on site parking but a reserved parking 2 blocks down,...

"Had a great stay at Pangea House - Geoff and Jody were so welcoming, breakfast was delicious and the bed was super comfy! Short walk into the town centre where there were quite a few places to eat. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!"

"Peter and Colin were amazing hosts! Very friendly and knowledgable. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The freshly baked cookies and handmade soaps were a lovely touch. Breakfast was wonderful - we had vegetable crepes with sausage/bacon with poached eggs and zucchini muffins the first day, and scrambled eggs eith sausage/bacon, freshly baked biscuits with apricot and strawberry jam, and banana mini-muffins the next day in their beautiful kitchen.
