"We had a great time here. You can’t beat the location, the lobby is really nice with water on tap and coffee. We used the pool and hot tub, and you can check out towels at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, but we didn’t use the pillows because they were very very fluffy and hurt your neck."

"The staff here was extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating. My family and I reserved a two-night stay, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, we were under the impression that the property offered private beach access. What we were not informed of was that access required an additional $5 fee per person. We also found some amenities to be misleadingly advertised. For example, there was a grill on the property, but when we asked about using it, we were told it would result in a violation and a $100 fine. Throughout our stay, the front desk seemed far more focused on finding ways to charge guests than providing good customer service. We were repeatedly warned about fees for things such as entering the property incorrectly, losing a towel, or violating property rules. It felt like staff took more interest in explaining penalties than helping guests. When we raised our concerns, we were told our complaints would be "written up." The following day, a guest in our group asked about using the barbecue area and was immediately threatened with a violation instead of receiving a clear explanation. Another major concern was safety. During our stay, my family and I witnessed two bears roaming around the property near guest buildings and parked vehicles. To make matters worse, the manager was difficult to communicate with and seemed more interested in threatening to call the police than addressing concerns professionally."

"This hotel is fantastic. I appreciate the complimentary parking available for guests. The establishment is tidy and well-kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When I requested a wine opener, they provided me with a brand-new cork at no cost. The pool is pleasantly warm; despite the outside temperature being 51 degrees, the water felt inviting. They also have a hot-tub. Their BBQ area is exceptional. I adore everything about this location. There is a trail to the left, and the city is just 1.8 miles away; turn right and continue straight. I truly enjoy this place; this marks my fourth visit. The bedroom is equipped with a bed, sofa, microwave, refrigerator, all necessary supplies, coffee, etc., and there are two TVs—one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Thank you, Ash Chand."
