"The layout of the hotel was certainly differant with reception on the 2nd floor. Air conditioning available if needed. Choice of full English or continental breakfast was good As the hotel is in the middle of the city everything was in walking distance. "

"I took a recommendation from a friend who enjoyed a family stay here. The room was spacious, the hotel is clean, and the staff are lovely. Having a mini kitchen is really helpful, and there's a shop almost next door. Plus, there was a social happy hour with complimentary drinks and nibbles. It's a good view overlooking the water, but you can hear the traffic from the road on the other side. I could also hear a hairdryer in another room when I was in the corridor. But my usual earplugs meant I...

"During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!"

"Excellent service from the staff always pleasant with a smile. Good choice for breakfast which is included in the price. Rooms kept clean and comfortable beds. Easy access to the railway station which is about a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a NCP car park nearby although we did not use it as we had a rail rover ticket. Overall a very good and well positioned hotel to base yourself from. We have stayed here a number of years now and always find it good value for money and you are well looked...
