"Didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was great. The hotel was overbooked and one of our rooms was cancelled last minute. After some pleas on our part the hotel gave us rollaway beds to put in two other rooms we had and free breakfast. "

"I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. While the overall stay was pleasant, I found that the customer service could have been better. Several amenities that were promised as part of the package, such as breakfast and an airport shuttle, were not provided. Additionally, the pool area is in need of maintenance.
I believe honest reviews are important to help future guests make informed decisions and to improve the quality of service. I hope...

"This hotel is basic, a room and a private bathroom, but that is all we needed. We were there one night as a waystation to where we were going from the airport. There was no staff on site at night or in the morning when we were there. I don't speak Spanish. Fortunately another guest helped us arrange a taxi to our car rental. Note: This room does not have any view from a window except of the wall of the building next door six inches away. "

"The property sits on a hill so walking to shops was not an option for us. However, we had no problems getting a taxi when we wanted to venture out!
The rooms are absolutely amazing!! You can see the most amazing views and sunsets from the rooms balcony! The rooms are clean and the beds put you to sleep immediately, they are soo comfortable
