"The front desk was super gracious polite and helpful. They even gave free upgrade because bathroom of Scottish villa room wasn’t pristine clean.
The property is very elegant for nature lover wanting peace and getaway from city crowd but still being inside the city. "

hotel staff is very helpfull, specially at the breakfast time , if you ask them provide instant baked food , they will provide your that.
