"The concierge service was excellent. Nelly and Lauriel were great at setting up tours for us and calling restaurants to make reservations. They gave us suggestions on where to go and if we needed a driver or if we could walk! Very friendly and nice. The hotel is in a great location and you could walk to the waterfront in five minutes."

"Loved the convenient location of this Lodge. Staff are AMAZING. Of course there's always ONE young lady who has to disappoint, at the front desk! That 'attitude!' Wish I'd looked a bit closer at her name tag. Restaurant is so nice, staff are incredible there!. Food is good. Breakfast especially nice! Rooms are not very big, but the linens are FRESH and the beds SO comfortable. I would highly recommend should you be coming off a LONG international flight and need to rest."

"We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. My husband and I got married in Cape Town while we stayed here and we loved all the conveniences. It’s in the waterfront district so you can easily walk to all the shops and dining and it’s super safe. We had no problems walking on our own at night and felt completely safe- that was a big deal for us as most places are not like that. Beautiful rooms and great food. We loved our stay here- no complaints at all. "

I am very grateful for the way the staff treated me especially Patrick who was lovely he made sure that all my requirements were met . George the driver was lovely too ,not to mention the girls at reception who were ever so kind to me .
