"I really needed a room change , there were three of us and the beds were not big enough, the staff were abrupt and did not really try to accommodate us so that there were three beds for us to use or even a rollaway bed, the rooms are very tiny and there is no place to sit down in the room only a couple of chairs outside, there is no refrigerator , so no ability to keep drinks cold. My recommendation is to stay someplace else and visit. I had booked it for 4 nights and no refund was given, we...

"Room and property are beautiful. They offer breakfast but wasn't able to try it due to our scheduling didn't coordinate with their 7am start time. That is one thing I would change is maybe have breakfast start at 6 for people going on tours so they can eat first. They did provide one day a to go box the night before with sandwich and fruit which was nice. "Stayed for 3 days in March and found the hotel and staff to be great. The bed was comfortable and the amenities (kitchenette, bathroom) were good quality. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They have a lot of different choices for lunch and dinner and the servings were generous. Breakfast was also very good but we found it pricey for what you got. The staff - Alonso, Izak and William - were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others."

"This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay for many reasons. The breakfast is excellent and if you get it included in your room, it’s an extraordinary value. The staff are wonderful and always seem to have a smile for you. The front desk staff, especially Astin, are helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need.
