"We enjoyed our stay very much. The grounds are so peaceful and beautiful. The only problem we had was no access to ice (nor an ice bucket in our room). We had to go to front desk to ask for it and take it back to room. Other than that small inconvenience, it was a lovely stay."

"They is no small store in the lobby to purchase sodas, medications, snacks. They have one vending machine that takes only dollars, it doesn't take credit cards nor change. TV's were hard for us to figure out. The breakfast was with frozen egg patties, greasy potatoes and sausage that (to me) was horrible. We both had cereal. No water in the room to drink and DO NOT drink the tap water. It comes out brown for the first minute or so. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean."

"Our room for the first night had an air conditioner unit that rattled and when the compressor kicked in it was very loud like groaning. It also didn’t really cool the room down. We let front desk staff know the next morning that it needed to be looked at and the guy was extremely dismissive. All he did was write our room number (413) on a scrap of paper and went back to looking at his computer screen. When I asked whether anything would be done about it he let me know they had no maintenance...

"All Quality inns use the cheapest COFFEE. Liquid brown water and then hot water added. NO TASTE NO CAFFEINE. Bagels served but nothing to cut them open. No bagel slicer one person wanted to put out a sharp knife. The eggs appear to be from some liquid mix."

"Very friendly staff even on a concert night I arrived early and was pressed for time ...and even though the front desk was busy cleaning rooms she managed to check me and get me where I needed to be on time..... Rooms are very well kept, clean beds nice pressure in the shower honestly no complaints at all."

"Clean rooms! Attentive staff - very friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast was great with a variety of options. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & downtown Knoxville about 20 minutes away. Prices for the rooms were excellent. Well worth staying here for conventions or other activities."

"Room was not well cleaned, floor was filthy and in need of good vacuum cleaning. We discovered bed bugs in the corner of one bed and in the pull out couch. Horrified asked for another room on another floor as it was past time to get our kids to bed. Asked for a refund for the terrible experience and shocking bedbug exposure. We were reassigned to a 3rd floor room which was extremely hot but at least no bugs after thoroughly inspecting. The front desk told us the manager would reach out to us...

"The complimentary water, snacks and delicious cookies are such a nice bonus. All the staff so friendly. Coffee bar downstairs and breakfast really nice. Super clean with a mini kitchen was great."
