"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "Great furnished 2bed/2bath apartment in the center of Mississauga. This is a 10 years old high end apartment built by Tridel. Underground parking, access to gym, pool, mini golf and theater in the building. For us it is definitely a better choice than staying in a traditional hotel. Nothing is better than a home away from home."

"I booked two months in advance paid for it online but once i got to the location they told me that they don't have my registration, even after i showed the the proof they still didn't give me my room, i had to book a hotel immediately at a different location which cost me twice as much plus additional expenses in taxi costs."

"This was a terrible experience I will never use VRBO again. My credit card was charged even though the homeowner cancelled at the last minute. The only good thing is that the VRBO helpline people seem to genuinely be trying to help.; and don’t get me wrong I appreciate their help but they are helping me with a problem that should never had arisen - plus it has taken me hours literally on the phone trying to ensure I get a refund ! I wouldn’t recommend VRBO to anyone right now."
