"We would definitely recommend the Royal Beach Hotel if you're thinking of staying in Nosy Be.
As well as being a lovely, clean and enjoyable place to stay, the staff were what made it for us. Everyone from the team on reception, the dinning staff to the gardeners, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They all made sure we were well catered for.
The staff also really showed up for us when our flights were cancelled. They went above and beyond to help us find alternative routes home...

"Our stay as a family at this resort was absolutely amazing. The environment is beautiful, very clean, and peaceful. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
I was also pleasantly surprised when the general manager ordered the front desk to give me a massage coupon, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The massage itself was fantastic and really elevated my whole experience.
I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway"

"Rapport qualité-prix déséquilibré pour cet établissement qui se veut 5 étoiles.
L’hôtel est beau, avec une belle vue. Cependant, le service de ménage en chambre est décevant pour ce tarif. Côté restauration, c’est correct. Le repas du Nouvel An, bien évidemment facturé plus cher, n’avait rien d'exceptionnel par rapport aux autres soirs. Sur beaucoup de repas lors de notre séjour, de nombreux plats de la carte n'étaient pas disponibles.
Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins,...

"Hotel moderne, propre. Bungalow avec vue et acces direct à la plage. Jardins extraordinaires, très bien entretenus. Plage impraticable, eau sale, rejets marrons.
Séjour juste avant 2 mois de fermeture. Depart le 15 janvier, fermeture le 16. Taux d’occupation très faible. Les buffets s’en sont ressentis. Peu de choix, viandes dures... difficile de se plaindre quand on voit la pauvreté extrême du pays. Le service excursion a été formidable avec nous et nous a organisé une sortie privée du fait...

"Super schönes Hotel, alle Zimmer in Beachfront Villen. Flughafen Transfer und alle Ausflüge sind direkt im Hotel buchbar. Englisch wird auch gesprochen, sodass die Verständigung kein Problem ist. "
