"On checking into my room Jan 27th, I found no hangers in closet, no hand towels in bathroom, soiled floor and a dirty floor towel in the bath room. The breakfast area is chaotic with poor oversight or food replenishment. Untrained staff. My room was changed to club room by the hotel mgt. Moving into the room I found the closet door (one half) jammed, no toilet paper and the fridge not working. There is a basic feeling of being let down. Unhappy with my stay though staff lacking motivation....
