The breakfast area is chaotic with poor oversight or food replenishment. Untrained staff. My room was changed to club room by the hotel mgt. Moving into the room I found the closet door (one half) jammed, no toilet paper and the fridge not working. There is a basic feeling of being let down. Unhappy with my stay though staff lacking motivation....
