"Everything about this stay was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. The front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and ended up upgrading us to an executive suite when they found out our room wasn't available. The suite had an absolutely incredible view. My only complaint was that the balcony was locked down. I would've definitely loved to enjoy my morning coffee out there but I'm sure there's a reason they are locked.
