"Yes amenities and location were excellent. Only thing was I wished rooms were a little bigger . Should have gotten a suite. But motel and amenities were excellent as well as staff!"

"I asked if I could leave one day early because my husband hurt his shoulder. The woman at the desk said yes and there would be no charge for the last day. If there would be a charge we would stay. I got my receipt and I was charged $100.00 more for our second day! We want to go back next year but will look for another place to stay. Breakfast was good and pool area was nice. Hallway rug was very dirty. Place was convenient to restaurants, shops and beach."

"Lovely property. Very good adult only pool with hot tub & bar and food service. Fun family pool. Easy beach access. Relaxing ponds & fire pits. They even sell Smores kit for $6 in lobby shop! Staff was nice & helpful. Lots of smiles! Our room had a private patio, which was nice. Mini fridge & k-cup coffee maker in rooms. The restaurants were great. We ate breakfast & dinner at 2 of them. Both good food at reasonable prices. Very convenient! We rented bikes (which were delivered right to our hotel) & were able to bike the “shipyard” trails right from the front entrance of the hotel. Great! "

"The Check out sign hanging on the wall says check out is at 12:00 so when I was like that’s great the girl at the desk was so rude and said oh that’s wrong it’s definitely 11 but I’m like it says 12 .. she was just rude .. breakfast was supposed to go to 10 got there at 9:45 it was literally all put away . But otherwise nice rooms . Clean"

"I asked the waitress to warm my food that I had plated from the breakfast buffet. The kitchen staff came out and adjusted the warming table after that request. "

"overall this is a fantastic place. One minor issue is the check in process. Check in time is 4pm and office closes at 5. If you don’t hit that window then you stand in line with folks from another property, they hand you a folder, and you have to go to the Players Club office the next day before 10 am. So you end up going through the process twice, and have adjust your morning plans to be at the office by 10."

"The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come back! As soon as we touched down from Punta Cana, we immediately made the 4 hour drive to come back. "
