"Wonderful resort with wonderful staff! The only thing I would recommend is more lighting in the room since you can see into the room from the outside. The sunlight would have brightened the room but I didn’t want everyone walking by seeing us. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"Booked 6 months out, called to confirm a poolside or oceanfront room, instead was given a room outward facing towards the parking lot near the elevator. Had to ask for conditioner 3 times before it was filled."

"overall this is a fantastic place. One minor issue is the check in process. Check in time is 4pm and office closes at 5. If you don’t hit that window then you stand in line with folks from another property, they hand you a folder, and you have to go to the Players Club office the next day before 10 am. So you end up going through the process twice, and have adjust your morning plans to be at the office by 10."

"The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come back! As soon as we touched down from Punta Cana, we immediately made the 4 hour drive to come back. "
