"Excellente nuit dans cet hôtel, dont je garde un très bon souvenir. Accueil professionnel, chaleureux et disponible dès mon arrivée.
Mention spéciale à Alex, exceptionnel du début à la fin : sourire, sens du service et attention aux détails. Il a tout fait pour rendre mon séjour agréable. Un collaborateur qui fait la différence et donne envie de revenir.
L’espace aquatique est très agréable pour se détendre. Le sauna était en panne lors de mon passage, mais j’ai pleinement profité des autres...

"Walking distance from old port and restaurants. Good Breakfast buffet, and is free for kids if adults are eating at the buffet. Air conditioned room. Free parking. Family room a bit small but we did enjoy La Rochelle."

"Everything was perfect. The personal super kind and always suggesting help or if we need anything. The pool is amazing. Breakfast super food quality and diverse from salty to sugary breakfast. The room are very mice and well designed. And no place can be more at the center of the old port to enjoy the atmosphere and so many things to do by walk distance. We will return for sure"

"The hotel was perfect as i have rated. I would recommend a stay to anyone. The staff went over & above in every way. The only thing i could recommend is that the black sunbeds had a cushion or were made of different materials as they were much too hot to even touch. Also supply sun shades ie. Umbrellas. Otherwise the hotel was perfect & would definitely stay there again."

"The staff at this hotel really stands out. Everyone is friendly and helpful, everyone speaks multiple languages, and they always are willing to answer questions about the area as well as the hotel itself. The rooms are comfortable (and have AC!) and the location is great - right near the train station but not too far to walk to the central area around the water for sightseeing and dining. The breakfast is fantastic. You can usually get a good rate if you book it in advance, but if not, treat...
