"There was an empty bottle of water, water flow in the shower was not good and no hot water, washer needs to be changed the soap dispenser was broken off no where to put the detergent. Had a hard time speaking with the security guard at the gate to get entry to the room. I did not see any shopping attached to the building as mentioned in my hotel details also the Mountain view was seen between buildings not a clear view. "This was a great experience the rooms were clean, nice and comfortable bed. We had the family suite and it was perfect. The food was excellent, the buffet was very good and the staff were excellent. The beach was beautiful and the waves were calm and we truly enjoyed our stay there. One name that stands out was Emily who checked us in and she as wonderful! This hotel resort isn’t overly big which is a A+ plus everything is just a short walk away!"
