"Hotel is huge & like a rabbit warren. It was not explained properly where our room was therefore we walked round in circles for ages with other guests too!! Room was tiny & very dated. We paid a good price for the room but equal price to a premier inn and the rooms there are far superior. Walls were grubby and needed painting. Floor boards ridiculously creaky. Bathroom tired. Furniture tatty. Some communal areas had clearly had work done and were nice. I assume some rooms are also newer. Ours...
