"Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...

"Lovely apartment. Spa/pool etc. really good too. Right next to Super U, Intermarche and Boulangerie so very easy to cater. Good lockers/boot room. Shuttle bus to the Funicular stops right outside every 30 minutes. Reception very helpful. Wi-fi very weak - could be better and TV’s upgraded to Smart would be a bonus to access Netflix etc. for nights in. Would definitely recommend and saved a lot of ££ compared to staying in Les Arcs."
