"The room & bathroom in particular were not properly cleaned. We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"

"Facilities are too old. You can check the photo. Can you immagine the door of the guest room in that situation? By the way, the room rate was $280/night, not cheap. The hotel asked for the deposit higher than the real room rate but did not return the overcharge at the time of checkout, instead they said the overcharge would be returned later. When is "later"? Unfair. "

"Clean and tidy. Small gym but you could get a reasonable workout. Convenient for a layover."

"The only thing to know before staying is if you have a child when the booking says sleeps 3 it means in one super long size bed - so if you want a separate be for your child then u need to chat with the hotel , or book a larger bedroom ."
