To make up for the discrepancy, they kindly upgraded me to a Studio Premier and provided complimentary laundry service. Their quick resolution really made my stay comfortable. However, at 1am on my last night was disrupted by a malfunctioning electrical panel that caused the lights and air conditioning to flicker on and off. As the issue couldn't be fixed on the spot, the hotel moved everyone on my floor to different rooms for the remainder of the night. I refused to as I didnt want to everything for a few hours also the AC seemed to work for a couple more hours until it completely stopped. By that time it was already 4am and I had to be up at 6am to leave for the airport at 7am. So that left me a zombie for my long flight. The joy of a new development"
