We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to come home. Like many other guests we were staying as a family group, visiting relatives in Marigliano so it was a great base. It would also make a fantastic stopping off point for anyone driving through Italy, away from the more touristy parts of Naples. Hotel, grounds and pools are absolutely stunning and so well maintained. I don’t think the staff ever stopped working to keep everything looking perfect. Staff were so warm and helpful...

Very clean rooms, nice staff, very convenient location

Lovely hotel, great spot for getting to/from naples airport - about 35euro in a taxi/20mins drive (much quicker than any central naples hotels). It was a perfect "last day" spot for me, after a week on the amalfi and wanting a hassel-free early morning transfer. This hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, fantastic restaurant (actually the best pasta I'd had all week!) and my room was really spacious and beautifully appointed (with a v. comfy bed!!). It's in the perfect spot for visiting pompeii...

Great hotel with a beautiful lobby!

Only stayed overnight at this hotel as had a late flight. Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

The owner and Manager were very hands on and eager to please the guests and help in any way they could to make their/our stay in their hotel as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a lovely meal and wine and our room was upgraded so that we had the beautiful view of the Bay of Naploli and the Island of Capri every day. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were respectful but also fun. Breakfast was my favourite time as it...

The property is modern, the rooms are spacious and reflect 4 stars. The location is about a mile from the city centre, there is a shuttle service to the city centre offered by the hotel. Alternatively, you can get a cab for €20 to city centre. There were good options for breakfast, and staff are welcoming. It would be good to have an iron in the room, although you can request for one in the reception. The only downside is the iron board cover was a little old and dirty, please replace it...

This hotel is about 5 mins walk from the town, in a pretty, quiet spot away from the noise and crowds. Our room looked over the pool, which was maintained daily. All staff were friendly and helpful, even though our Italian was non-existent. Restaurant was excellent, there is another restaurant up the hill with great sunset views over Naples. Easy access to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius etc by car or train. Good buffet breakfast. Room clean and modern with modern en-suite and balcony, which...

The hotel was wonderful, the grounds and inside beautiful all facilities were superb. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and all waiters really took care and looked after us. Rooms were lovely and room service excellent. All the staff made us feel welcome and were amazing at giving us advice and help especially as we had several problems with lost luggage and a car problem did everything they possibly could to help us. Nothing Wes too much bother. We loved our stay and will go back and...

Amazing place, hidden away near palace and railway station. Very convenient for Naples and Pompeii without the city hassle.

We had a basic room which WAS basic but very clean (basic meaning dated) we stayed 4 days and the room cleaning service was excellent, breakfast was continental, WiFi was a bit hit and miss but okish, no SKY in the basic rooms,, ideally situated for Pompeii as its literally across the road, didn't know until we got there that entry is free every 1st Sunday of the month. I'm glad we didn't pay for a transfer from the airport to the hotel because there's a bus outside the airport (outside...

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Plana and had a fantastic experience. We were visiting the Royal Palace of Caserta, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having on-site parking also gave us great peace of mind. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Although we arrived a little earlier than expected, they kindly accommodated us and made sure we could check in right away. Our room was spacious and Housekeeping did...

Situated 2 minutes walk away from entrance to Pompeii ruins, just passed that entrance is the bus stop for vezuvious (€3.80 single), both train stations for local routes and national routes less than 10 minutes walk (single way tickets = €3.30 to Napoli centrale, €2.40 to Ercolano (Herculaneum), €5.80 to Paestum) Entrance Tickets to Vezuvious are €12, Pompeii Ruins Full site €22, without 5 Villas €18, Paestum Ruins €15, Herculaneum ruins €16, Napoli Archeological Museum €20, So huge savings if...

A lovely relaxing resort just outside of the main square. All staff went out their way to help. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and clean. Bonus, quite AC unit.

The hotel is lovely, very friendly helpful staff. Very clean and smart looking. The room we had was the Deluxe double which was spacious and had a door to a balcony area which looked out towards Mount Vesuvius. The main problem for us was the location. The location was OK in that it wasn't crime ridden or anything like that but it is on the Sarno train line from Naples. This is fine for going into Naples and then possibly going on from there but as most of the things we wanted to do were on the...
