"There were chicken bones under the bed. I complained to front desk and they did not address the issue. I paid for breakfast and none was supplied. I was told to contact Expedia which I did (took a good half hour) and they could only negotiate 1 breakfast refund out of a 3 night stay. There was no hairdryer in the room. No privacy sign so cleaners walked in on us. Unfriendly staff (some were friendly). I cannot reach customer service over the phone because I booked 3rd party. "

"The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating. The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming. I called the front desk told my situation, they passed the call to the cleaning supervisior, when I told her of the situation she stated the following "we only change linens on Thursdays" ( Friday, the day I requested the change) I then asked, so you only change linens and vacuum on Thursdays, she said I will send someone up to vacuum. Nope, the linens was NOT CHANGED, even though I asked. "
