"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! stayed here for work, only room left available was a "superior suite" arrived at the property which is in a very remote area (which was nice but also left nothing to do) checked in to find my "suite" had been forcibly downgraded to a twin room, after i'd checked in i went straight for dinner because the restaurant was due to close at 9pm (food was very average as well, i'm 1/4 Italian and the italian cuisine here was tasteless and small im portion size, very...

"The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening."

"The staff were all lovely. There was a Porsche event. We were most definitely ‘extras’ to this event. Breakfast in particular. Couldn’t find our booking? Assumed with Porsche event and once explaining (both mornings) that we were just regular guests we were then sat in a seperate area. Very strange experience . Staff were lovely none the less, John in particular. At arrival, again once explained we were not with the Porsche event, we were told to drive down to the guest car park and the porter...

"We spent 3 nights at Min y Don Guest House in the Lighthouse Suite. The hosts, Paul and Sharon were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. There was welcoming snacks and drinks which we enjoyed. The view of the coast was special from morning to dawn. The binoculars provided enabled us to watch the Oyster Catchers and other birds on the beech. There was plenty of choice for breakfast which was good quality. The guest house was 5 minutes walk to the train station and...
