"My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. Location was very convenient to Dublin City Center (roughly a 1/2 mile). Lots of restaurants & shops within walking distance. Our check-in was very smooth sailing as well as our check-out. We had breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings and it was ok. It felt the staff had a hard time keeping up with the amount of guests eating breakfast at the same time as both days there were items out and hadn’t been replaced in a timely manner, such as scrambled eggs, pancake batter, & yogurt. For convenience breakfast was nice to have right at the hotel, however we have had much better. Our room was clean when we checked in. There were a couple things that should be addressed, our room was never tidied up by house keeping, even to collect the trash on a daily basis. Our shower drain was draining very slowly and the toilet paper holder fell off and could not be put back on, so we kept to off. Overall the hotel was nice & clean. The staff too were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend !"

"The room was nice, a little on the smaller side but okay. We had a nice view out our window. We were here 5 nights and they didn’t think cleaning our room was needed I guess. They didn’t give us some more towels though. The location was great, 1/2 block from the tram line that took you up town. We would stay again."
