"We stayed one night at this property after our cruise, and it was a welcome change from the much smaller accommodations on the ship. The room was spacious, and the staff were very helpful. Since we couldn’t use the free airport shuttle due to our early flight, the hotel arranged a taxi for us at no charge. Our cab driver was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the driver assigned to my sister and sister-in-law was the opposite—rude and unwilling to assist with their luggage."

"The Sutton Place Vancouver is beautiful and I highly recommend it. Can’t beat the location, situated right beside Robson. I loved the view from our hotel. It’s worth it to pay more to stay on a higher floor for the view and the quiet space. The hotel provides L’Occitane products - gorgeous. "The staff were friendly, the room was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, The hotel was clean and quiet. The only downside was there was not many dining options close by. The area was a bit secluded however there were taxi’s outside regularly. "

"This hotel was incredibly convenient to the cruise terminal. The staff were all fantastic, and beyond helpful. The hotel is close to many food options, and easily walkable to surrounding shopping/dining options. The only negative (and a fairly minor one) was that for several hours while we were there, two of the guest elevators were down.
