"Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road. "

"Amazing staff, properly, amenities, location and nature!!! And dining!!"

"It was so nice the restaurant was delicious. Also was cozy and close to city without the noise."

"Nice but needed cleaning "

"Service was good, in a quiet area, food was good. "

"Room was very dirty. Manager was very rude and didn’t introduce hisself and say “sorry”"

"Next to the slopes, clean room, good view"

"Yes the room was spotless "

"Lovely hotel with nice amenities in a great forest setting, was beautiful with snowfall "

"5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!! "

"Nice people, good spa, good food"

"The hotel is very new - only 3 month old. The whole staff was very welcoming and made our stay perfect. We used the spa and booked some treatments and can highly recommend to everyone to use the spa of this hotel. The hotel is ideally for your trip to rila monastery but also to the 7 lakes of rila. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to explore everything so I can recommend to take your time in this gorgeous area and enjoy the Bulgarian nature. "

"Cozy place just half hour from the city. The service is excellent and the room was clean with nice view of the forest."

"Tourisme hôtel au top! très beau complexe parfait ! mais restauration à revoir personnel pas compétent et petit déjeuner vraiment léger. Isolé .Pas trop indiqué impossible d'aller se restaurer ailleurs car éloigné "

"Excellent, however you should check your final bill as we were charged for an extra night, this was rectified when questioned."

"Great hotel. Some of the staff a little abrupt but overall a great stay. "
