"Très agréable accueil attentionné, la réceptionniste a pris le temps de me donner toutes les informations et de répondre à mes questions, puis elle m'a accompagnée jusqu'à l'ascenseur.
La chambre était agréable, fraîche en cette période de canicule, avec possibilité de mettre la climatisation, mais c'était à peine nécessaire.
Machine à café à disposition. Sans café décaféiné malheureusement. Possibilité de faire un thé/tisane avec la machine à café.

"Room wasn’t very clean, there was thick dust someone’s clothes that they had left in the room previously and the spare pillows were covered in what looked like crumbled plasterboard? I’m not sure how long they had not been touched. generally in need of a refurb in the bathroom, mould stained tiles and just poor quality facilities.
The AC was insufficient and was not able to get the room below 20 degrees.
The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too thick...

"Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center.
Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us.
The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets.
However we feel uncomfortable about the room layout. We stayed in a business twin room.
Shower room door and toilet door were frosted glass. Also...

"We stayed in a tower queen suite. Room was large but was very dated both in decor and tiredness of furnishings. Lobby decor was horrendous (awkward and tacky). Staff in the lobby were always too busy and not very helpful. Bathroom entrance had a trip hazard lip and the tub/shower combo was hazardous, messy and uncomfortable for taking a shower (a bath was the only practical option). BC of the inconvenience of the shower and constantly tripping on entering bathroom, I would not stay here...

"Conveniently located a short walk from the central train station and a metro station. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our room. Do not count on room service in the evening. We were advised to order food using Uber Eats since it would take too long for us to get our food. Housekeeping left our window open a few times. All in all, we would stay here again."
