"El trato del personal, la limpieza.. excelente. Está prácticamente en el centro de Oporto y bien comunicado con las carreteras. El gimnasio está muy bien. El único pero que le pongo es que el parking tiene dos plantas y la exterior está mal comunicada con el hall del hotel.
Volveríamos sin dudarlo"

"The rooms in October has no air conditioning, they turn it off we were on the 20 th floor when you opened the window all you hear was the noise of the cars. We did get a fan for the room but it was very noisy, so room gets to 28 degrees, the gym has no air conditioner as well , so if you are like me and you work out go in the morning. Other wise the gym is a sauna. Breakfast is good , and the rooms are comfortable others then there is no ac."

"This is the perfect hotel in the perfect location, everything worth seeing is a brief walking distance away and the Trindade train station is a short walk away to make the airport to hotel journey (and vice versa) very easy. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, the exceptional customer services across the reception, the breakfast room and the room cleaning services. All staff are a credit to this hotel and it was nice to be remembered from my previous stay as that was a nice welcome...
