"Room was clean and large enough . Bathroom jkind of poor. Extremely small sink/counter space, nothing was updated, the towels were tiny. Didn’t give you bar soap or anything else that wasn’t nailed down. I realized this isn’t 5 star but there are things that can be done for low cost to make the stay more comfortable. "

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
