"Hotel is convenient and nice. However they no longer have a coffee machine in the room. Now you have to go to lobby and use a machine there and pay with credit card.

"The hotel was great, close to the train station, shopping, restaurants. Our room was great, had a small balcony. The hotel is unique and onw of our favorites, will absolutely stay there again if we ever travel back to Zurich."

"This is not the Radisson located by the airport. It is actually behind the airport and probably 10 to 15 minute ride to get to it. There is a shuttle, but it comes by every half hour. We took the shuttle to the hotel and we were not charged anything but in order to take it back to the airport they wanted to charge us Fr.10 per person. It was better to take an Uber. Breakfast was wonderful. The rooms are OK. You can tell it is an older hotel that has a few of the amenities in the room remodeled....

"We have been really looked after by all the staff here at Raddison suites and hotel. All staff especially the concierge desk team has gone above and beyond to make sure we have the best time staying in Switzerland . Our very first trip and our very first time stay at Raddison suites and hotels, Myself and my husband will like to give them a five Star rating. "

"We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. It was a brief stay as we needed one nite before flying home. Dorint was the perfect choice. The shuttle from the airport made the difference in my decision. Staff was wonderfulz I want to acknowledge Ms. “Cha Cha” Pan at the bar and restaurant section. She was great, professional and friendly. It was slow when we sat down but filled up pretty quickly and she handled the entire section with grace and ease.
