"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked for four days.The towels had brown stains all over them, the door to the room was very hard to open and close, the bedding did not look fresh and clean. No coffee pot, no coffee, no face cloths, no A/C. It was as though we were staying in a very low grade establishment. Very disappointed indeed. "We stayed only one night, for my birthday, and the staff were phenomenal! Right from check-in, they were so friendly and helpful! After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went.
Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing...

"Beautiful and peaceful location. Perfect for a weekend gateway for two any time of the year or for a long summer family vacation.
The accommodation was just as promised and actually surpassed our expectations. Very roomy and lots of facilities available for use.
Loved walking around the property and exploring the cave and lake."

"An incredible gem of a B&B. One of the owners, Steve, is a retired professional chef and it shows in the amazing breakfasts we were served on both mornings of our stay. The views were spectacular and the rooms lovely, quiet and spacious. We had a phenomenal time here and will definitely be coming back!"

"Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff.
