"The front desk staff were so kind to us. This was our first time in Germany and they assisted us with getting directions and telling us about great day trips. I had a medical emergency during the trip and one of the front desk agents called multiple pharmacies for me at night, trying their best to find what I needed. They went out of their way to be helpful."

"Definitely becoming a fan of the NH collection of hotels. Focus on sustainability, if you don’t need housekeeping service for the day, they give you vouchers for a free house wine/beer/soft drink. Nice touches like welcome fruit candies and strawberry water or mint cucumber water. Both NH hotels also have relaxation chairs, small sauna and steam room. Lovely experience, reminds me of the Ancient Aire philosophy of life."
