"Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Bülow Palais in Dresden. Leider war es sehr warm im Zimmer, da die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war und die Heizung lief. Die Mitarbeiter im Service waren sehr unerfahren, aber sehr freundlich. Außerdem ist der Geräuschpegel von außen sehr laut."

Next to Altmarkt, which is totally uninteresting (unless you’re into Starbucks or McDonald), but 3 minutes walk to Neumarkt, which is the heart of the old town. Walking distance to the train station. Overall a very good experience."

"Really convenient for the railway station and a good location. Particularly liked their offer of free tram tickets for our three day stay as the number 7 tram quickly gets you into the heart of the old town. We also used the tickets to explore further into the new town which shouldn't be missed. Very comfortable room and excellent helpful staff. Possibly the breakfast was a bit limited compared to other places we have stayed but I still would have chosen breakfast for our stay. Would definitely...
